Shipping Policy

Currently, we ship exclusively to U.S. customers. Orders are dispatched from the USA, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days. Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses may take longer. Please note, shipping delays or damages by carriers are beyond our control. Ensure accurate shipping information to prevent misroutes or undelivered items. For missing packages, we assist where possible, but lost packages due to shipping providers cannot be our responsibility for replacements
or refunds.

Return Policy For Unopened Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened, and unused state. We may deny returns that fail to meet these conditions.
Be aware that returning unopened items is at your expense, and we advise using a shipping method with tracking to ensure its arrival at our warehouse. Please share the tracking information with us via email for return verification. Without tracking confirmation and if the package fails to reach us, we're unable to process a refund. Once we receive and verify the unopened item's condition, we'll refund the product's purchase price.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages And Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof
of purchase.

4-Month And 6-Month Plans

Please note that sales of our 4-month and 6-month plans are final. Once your order is processed and your products are on their way, we cannot accept cancellations or issue refunds. Our order system is designed for quick and efficient processing, meaning we're unable to halt shipments once they're in motion. We urge all customers to thoroughly review 
their selections before finalizing their purchases. Your understanding and careful consideration are appreciated as you commit to these extended wellness journeys.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your 
bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
